By utilizing the Services provided by High Tea Island, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. You acknowledge that these terms and conditions may be updated, amended, or withdrawn by us at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions. You reserve the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
High Tea Island shall not be liable if, for any reason, the website becomes unavailable or if your access to the website is restricted at any time.

ORDER AND DELIVERY
Products available for delivery will be clearly indicated on the website and are subject to availability, which may change at any time at the discretion of High Tea Island. All payments are to be made using Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX credit or debit cards, and prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. A delivery charge may be added to the final pricing, which is determined by the delivery distance and is subject to adjustment at the sole discretion of High Tea Island.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be subject to change based on the availability and capacity of High Tea Island to meet the estimated delivery times. High Tea Island shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer and is non-refundable.
High Tea Island reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, High Tea Island will make every effort to issue a refund within 7 working days.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
High Tea Island does not accept returns of delivered products. Any complaints regarding the Services provided may be lodged at High Tea Island’s Complaints Portal and will be addressed by a representative within 3 working days. Any remedies offered by High Tea Island will be at its sole discretion.
PRIVACY POLICY

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and all claims, disputes, and other matters arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Centre of the Institute for the Development of Commercial Law and Practice (ICLP).
MISCELLANEOUS
These terms and conditions constitute the entire Agreement between High Tea Island and you, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter. Headings given to various clauses are inserted for ease of reference only and do not form part of the agreement for the purposes of interpretation. If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in full force and effect. No omission or delay on the part of High Tea Island in exercising any right, power, or privilege under this agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof. High Tea Island reserves the right to amend, remove, or vary the Services and/or any page of the website at any time without notice.
